These policies apply to all visitors of the Klip Studio website and all individuals entering or using the Klip Studio facility.
Booking agreements and acceptance of studio policies occur through the Klip Studio booking system.

Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their recordings before the retention period expires.
After the retention period, files may be permanently deleted.

For safety and asset protection, Klip Studio uses security cameras in studio rooms and common areas.
No cameras are installed in restroom facilities.
By entering the premises, visitors acknowledge that video monitoring may be in use.

However, no digital system can guarantee complete security.
8. Visitor Check-In
All individuals entering Klip Studio may be required to register at the studio entrance using the designated visitor check-in iPad.

Failure to complete visitor registration may result in denial of entry.
